Tyki Mikk (D. Gray Man) He's just so awesome.
Envy (FMA: Brotherhood) <---I absolutely hated his guts all throughout the series, but his ending made me cry.
Lelouch (Code Geass) <---Of course, he might technically not be considered a villain....I had an interesting time with him. I loved him in the beginning, and then all throughout the 2nd series, I really didn't like him, and I thought he was horrible. Then, the ending made me love him all over again.
Prince Montague (Romeo x Juliet) <---great villain. He's another villain that I started to have compassion for in the end (surprisingly).
Medusa (Soul Eater) <---she was cool.
Ladd Russo (Baccano!) <---I hated him. He was a villain that I had no compassion for.
And I can't think of anymore.
