Funniest use of the english language in anime.

Oooh, now I can mention this one.

Garo had a special side story to the main series that was done almost as a play in a theater. It involved her meeting most of the characters from the main series who acted almost completely differently. At one point, she meets Kodama, who remains silent throughout the entire series...but he can't remain as silent here and lets out all his feelings.

Unfortunately I don't have a link directly to the scene; this is the best I can do, he appears at about the 12:30 mark and talks shortly after that.

revy was pretty funny, but my favorite is when Ryoma Echizen renders "Mada made dane" into English.
...you must begin a reading program immediately so that you may understand the crises of our age... Begin with the late Romans, including Boethius, of course. Then you should dip rather extensively into early Medieval. You may skip the Renaissance and the Enlightenment. That is mostly dangerous propaganda. Now that I think of it, you had better skip the Romantics and the Victorians too. For the contemporary period, you should study some selected comic books.

it's at 5:32, near the middlend of the ep. This was the first time I heard people speak english in a japanese episode.. I was so shocked, it took me a moment to figure out that she was speaking english! they're reactions to it are funny, and she speaks it fairly well...

Azumanga Daioh had some funny and cute moments. Yukari was the English teacher. Minamo was the physical education teacher.

There were several interesting scenes regarding spoken English. One involved Yukari, Minamo and a foreigner. Another one involved Kagura trying to help a foreigner at the train station. Where Yukari also showed up.

I think there was another involving Yukari and Minamo. Yukari was showing Minamo how well she spoke English. They had a friendly rivalry.

I've heard some hilarious stuff, and it's also hilarious when there's other languages in addition to English.
This is one of my favorites. The scene starts at 3:00 and ends at about 3:15.
(I couldn't find a clip with just that scene.)

In Soul Eater episode 32 The Shibusen Bully!! Excalibur: Good morning Hero

Hero: Good morning Excalibur!

Excalibur and Hero speak Japanese then Hero says , "Let's Enjoy!" You'd have to hear it, it's hilarity.

The newest one I can think of is this scene from Highschool of the dead Alice sings "Row row row your boat" in english, and then Kohta Hirano does his own english version...

****WARNING****
It's Highschool of the dead so there is quite a bit of fanservice, no actual nudity, but there is quite a bit of uhh.... "bouncing" in the clip (TV tropes calls it gainaxing) by Saya, and some uhhh... whatever you call quick shots of the sleeping girls bottoms, and a side shot of their... scantily clad bosoms (Well mostly just Busujima senpai for a couple of seconds because she is basically just wearing an apron)...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l4goj7B-w5U

My favorite part is when Saya says "MUTHA GOOSOOO!!!"

This video distracted me. I have the kids say "May I please have a cup" in English, but I said "May I please have a gun" instead...

Oh, I just remembered one that always cracked me up! In Busou Renkin, when he's shouting out one of his attacks (please pronounce like a Japanese for full effect):

Captain Bravo: "Shiruba Sukin - Anazaa Taipu!!!"
