Dealing with People issues

I'm dealing with some friendship and ex friendship relationships. I've been dealing with a MS relapse for the last 6 months which is why I haven't been on here, messengers or anything else for that matter except status updates on facebook (lol).

I'm have had some people who I thought were friends tell me how I'm just baggage and say some pretty hurtful things because I've been sick and my life has been consumed by doctors, tests, hospital stays and dealing with an illness that is not yet managed. I can get it when it happens online, people can get caught up in life. When I have a RL friends tell me this though (of course behind my back), it is a bit difficult. I just need prayer for dealing this in a mature manner, rather than yelling at them on the phone or emailing them a nasty letter, none of which I have.

As someone once said, people will let you down. People's love will let you down. That isn't really new to me. I'm not going to let this consume me, I will keep praying for these people because I know that will help anger to not stay in my heart. I need some prayer though that I don't let this get me down and I remember people are not perfect, that God is the only one who will truly never let me down. Please pray that I keep a check on my temper and that regardless, I remember God loves them too.

Already have. Still hurts though. Forgiveness does not necessarily mean feelings of pain are going to go away.
