lolz, yay!

Fave anime? Too many to count! But I love Baccano!, Aria, most anything Ghibli, Monster, Ouran Host Club, and FMA.

Manga would be anything by Naoki Urasawa, Watashitachi no Shiwase no Jikan, Ouran Host Club, Aria, To the Terra, 1/2 Prince, Delicious Relationship, NANA, Yotsubato, and Gakuen Alice. Whew, long list!

My favorite books are as numerous as the stars. One of them, I can't remember the title at the moment, involves a doomsday scenario where all the technology on earth inexplicably stops working. I also enjoy Artemis Fowl and the Monsterblood Tatoo series. And the Merchant Princes series is also terrific. I also enjoy 1776... and any historical book, for that matter! XD

I don't follow any authors in particular, but I've always had a fondness for R. L. Stein, Caroline B. Cooney, and Stephen King. They've influenced my writing more than I can ever say.

Music? Mostly pop and j-pop, with a few rock songs thrown in. But I also have an extensive collection of classical and Gregorian chant, and Celtic music, too.

London. Ties with Montana at nighttime during the summer. I've been to both, and I adore them beyond measure.

No pets- everyone else in my family is allergic, and I'm moving to a pet-free apartment.

Ninjas. Close, but the ninja superhuman abilities win hands down (though the pirate costumes are far more cool!)

1. I love libraries. At least, I love my local- they're obsessive about having all dvds, cd, and computer games in working condition! It's fantastic.
2. Yes. One by Ernest Hemmingway. He outdoes Charles Dickens in how much I hate his prose.
3. I use it occasionally XD I picked it up in England and it just sort of stuck. I don't mind it, though

5. I read.... anything except for mysteries. Seriously-I don't know why, but I love pretty much anything! I write mostly fantasy/romance, though t's the genre I started with, and I've grown in it.
6. Every character, as long as they have personality. I mean, Johan is one of my most favorite characters, and he's a serial killer!
7. Rap. I just don't get it. We spend thousands of years developing tune and harmony, and they decide to go back to drum beats? Why?

I love music, too! Way too many cds at the moment, though...
1. Sticky toffee pudding. I had it only once when I was in England, but it was SUPERB!
2. Tie- Spirited Away and Kiki's Delivery Service. I can watch both over and over!
3. Mulan. I love Mulan.
4. Hard to say! While I'm a big Mozart fan, and Bach is just emotional, I also have a thing for more recent composers. There was one I heard on the radio yesterday, but I can't remember his name!
5. I would have to say the Ops and EDs to ARIA. They're just so peaceful! XD

Never fulfilling my dreams because I let other people talk me out of it This includes- not getting married and having kids, not getting a degree in Biology, and not getting a job in the field I want. I already had part of this fear realized when I decided to listen to my relatives and go to a college other than the one I wanted, and it's been devastating. And I never want to feel the anger and shame I did when I listened to them.

1. The only amusement park I've ever been to is Six Flags, so I guess that!:sweat:

1. Hard question!!! I love Danny Elfman (The Nightmare Before Christmas' music is superb!) but I also adore James Newton Howard and Franz Zimmer (though Zimmer seems a tad less creative in his background scores than Howard)

2. Yes. And I love how it emphasizes that you also need to work a bit to make a dream come true, unlike for most Disney princesses where it was just a matter of dreaming away. The villian was one of the scariest they've put out there. And they killed off a charrie FoR rEAlZ! That was astounding. So basically, this is in my top 3.

I can't believe I totally missed this! Well, NOW I get to answer!
1. Never been on a date Never been asked. But I'm hopeful that since I'm going to a new college this year, I'll be asked!

5. I liked it- it didn't live up to the original in many, many ways, but it was a good movie in it's own right.

9. .... and Baccano!'s dub is fantastic! Honestly, they did so well with both, and they both outshine any others I've seen.

1. If Darth Vader is making me anything, I'm so NOT going to say no. I'd look upon it as an opportunity! Who gets such special treatment? XD

2. Yes. Most definitely I would think it wierd. But I would pretend I didn't until I neutralized the threat.

Heya Atria! My question for you is...

If you could travel back in time and meet yourself as a child what advice would you want to give to yourself in regards to the future or events that occurred that you wish you could change?

Go to whatever college/university you (I?) want to. Seriously. I have the funds and financial aid- and the prices are locked in for four years. If you don't go immediately after graduation, you'll never be able to.

(and this is completely true- I can no longer afford to go to the college of my dreams because I listened to my parents about staying home and getting my first credits at the community college. I was an idiot).

HARD! This is harder than the music questions!
A) People who aren't willing to admit they might be wrong. I know that there's always a chance I could be- it would be completely arrogant of me to say otherwise. Also, hypocrites. I know that I can be one, but when it's pointed out to me, I stop! It's the people that have their hypocracy pointed out to them and refuse to change that anger me. Those are the biggest ones.

B) Tailgaters. ARGH! Especially the ones that tailgate motorcyclists. That's just... not... cool. I can guarantee that you do NOT have to be wherever you want to be, at risk of killing someone else.

C) For fanfiction, I'd have to say people who don't bother to use proper grammar, punctuation, or basic English. I can do it, they can, too! For fanart, well, I can't draw well so I can't criticize.

D) AMVs where people just throw some scenes up against some music also drive me up a wall! Just because it's a scene from an anime doesn't mean that it goes well to the music. Then there's when people also throw in scenes from American animation like the Simpsons... GAH!

E) Fanservice. I may not notice or be bothered by a it a whole lot, but even I have my limits. There are wonderful, excelent shows out there that are ruined by the excessive amounts!

But, and here's where I feel like I'm being a bit of a hypocrite, I don't mind blood and gore. I feel it's very hypocritical to not mind violence but be bothered by sexual innuendo. They're both bad, so why am I, and other people, bothered more by one but not the other?

And pairings that irritate me? Oh, man! I'm usually open to most pairings, but....
Kusuriuri x anyone (from the anime Mononoke). Because I have an OC that I want with him! Stupid reason, but...
Kenichi x Skuld (from Ah! My Goddess tv series). It's so wrong- she's Belldandy's younger sister!
Haruhi x Kyouya (Ouran Host Club)- It's okay.... but I really prefer her with Tamaki. But even I like this one better than
Haruhi x one of the twins- Just.... no.
