-probably Esther- a true example of a great woman- and Simon Peter- his impulsiveness and personality really cause me to learn from him. he also humors me sometimes- sometimes he does stuff that today would be like "ooh ooh pick me pick me" and he doesnt seem so perfect like the other disciples he's feels... more human than the others, if that makes sense.

-not much, a few American "manga" like Maximum Ride & Dramacon, as well as American attempts at girl graphic noverls (plain janes, amulet, the good neighbors). I do plan to read some Ironman and Watchman some time soon tho.

If you check out Watchmen, don't forget to check out the movie. Very good adaptation, IMHO.
Oh, and I highly recommend you check out the comic book Bone. One of the best little-known comic books around. There's a huge doorstopper-size volume of the entire series available.
