Oblivion: Why were you arrested?

At the beginning of Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, you find yourself in an Imperial jail cell, having been arrested for an unspecified crime. But they don't have to tell you. You know what you did.

Me, I was arrested for rocking harder than I was legally allowed to rock.

It was a miscarriage of justice; that is you did not miss it. You ran your cart into the carriage of a Justice of the Peace, and he threw in jail. Medievel laws are so sucky.

Because I wiped out the entire population of Albion(Fable 2) and decided to start of anew in Cyrodiil, but I was caught crossing the border. >_>

I was arrested for becoming cross with a guard when he mistakenly called my 'draconic' armor 'demonic'. Upon correcting him he claimed it was merely a matter of semantics. I believe my ranting and raving after that point is what caused my incarceration.

"They're two entirely separate entities you inglorious oaf!!" was probably the tipping point.

That sounds JUST like an argument I had with my brother. It started with him "correcting" me when I mentioned a language that has more than 5 vowels. He told me "that's impossible" and tried to explain how all 30+ of the known vowels in the world actually come down to 5 sounds... The best bit is when he told me his linguist friend (Ph.D) is the one who told him those things.

Sounds like an interesting discussion. In fact it sounds like one of the inane and unimportant discussions my brother and I would get into.

This is entirely off subject, but my brother and I spent several hours the other night trying to determine exactly how time travel works in the Back to the Future series (meaning alternate timelines and such). We never did figure out a set of rules that applied to all the movies without problems.

I was arrested for eating whole cloves of raw garlic. The guards are vampires, I bet. I really just posted here to have an excuse to talk about eating raw garlic. It's tasty, but I guess it can be pretty dangerous in large amounts...

All I need to do is move in under a church and ain't no vampire gonna get ME!

Garlic is dangerous in large amounts. I accidentally put an entire bulb, not just a clove, of garlic into this cleansing recipe, and my mom got REALLY sick. But she said it tasted good, at least.
