There were only a few small problems, but you know how it goes... it's the little things that bug you the most. It had been sitting up at my granny's house for the last 2 years. As bad as that sounds, it's not terrible. My dad, a mechanic, took good care of the truck before he gave it to her to haul her trash with. Basically, all it needed when I got it was cleaned out good.
Herein lies the problem, though. As I was cleaning it out, I discovered a few... unpleasant things. I mean, I could handle the petrified lizard-thing, and the dirt dobber nests were easy enough to knock out... but a few of my 8-legged friends seem to have taken up residence within. Call me a wussy arachnophobe if you will... I CAN NOT STAND THOSE THINGS.
So, my friends here at CAA, I call upon your collective knowledge: have ever had experience in handling with the aforementioned troubles, and if so, what method would you recommend for dealing with it? I need to know the best way to make sure my truck is rid of all bugs, all '8-legged hitchhikers' if you will. I don't know where they're hiding. They could be in the vents, they could be inside the door panels... but I don't care. I just want them gone so I can drive my truck without any unpleasant, wreck-inducing surprises.
