Cancer Recovery: Sarah, 4 years old

Please pray for the daughter of one of my family's closest friends.
She was diagnosed with cancer at four years old, and a year later, is now recovering and is in the final stages of her chemotherapy.
She has undergone multiple surgeries and her family has taken hit after hit, and are losing hope. But when we first found out, I went into my room and cried, asking if she would survive, and He answered me: He said yes.
Please pray that God will fufill his promise and that Sarah would emerge with a testimony that will save hundreds, even thousands of people by faith in Jesus Christ and in his healing powers.
