Stress

I recently started my second semester at college and things have not been going well so far. I'm already failing one class. My history professor has said in almost every lecture so far that the events of the Bible were "taken from other cultures and changed around" and that makes the class very uncomfortable for me. I don't think I'm doubting my faith, but I still feel terrible. Yesterday I had a really bad panic attack too. I just feel helpless because now all of the people I thought were my friends are completely ignoring me and I have no one to talk to.

If anyone could just say a prayer, I'd really appreciate it.

I'll be praying. I know how stressful semesters can be, especially when you're being taught something opposite of what you believe (I actually had a history class like yours, and it was quite discouraging).
I also know how it is to feel very alone on campus. Just keep your trust in God, because He is always with you and will never ignore you or leave you.

College is so cruel. It really angers me when people treat others poorly. Even more so when the college teacher looks upon christians as simpletons. I personally think some college teachers grade you the way they judge your beliefs. I was at one college in the same situation as you. Then I decided to go to another college and now I am at the top of my class. College is a weird learning system. I am starting to think that college is really just a test on making the students lose their minds. If they can make it through the torcher they graduate.

One of my classes in college was taught by an atheist that liked to bash the Bible every chance he got, so I can sympathise.

I sometimes get severe intestinal cramps if I'm under too much stress. It happens around once a year or so. Last time was September 2008. Been having them again since Saturday.
