It's super adorable, that's what it is.

I always loved those cute little coin banks that would actually do something besides let you put your money in them (my dad used to have one where you put your coin in a circus dog's mouth and it'd jump through the hoop and put the coin in the bank's coin slot). The only downside is that if you make lots of money, you'd be there quite a while giving each coin to the kitty (or puppy). XD
