Death Note episodes 29-37 - FINISHED!!! Wow, what a doozy of an ending @_@ Light was...yeah, wow. Highly satisfactory ending to a good anime...though I still wish they could take back the events of Episode 25....

Death Note: Episode 9
I haven't watched it completely obviously, but it's proving to be quite a good anime. Can't stand Light though. :P

Just watched Naruto Shippuuden 117 :/ I'm a bit disappointed, this part of the story is supposed not to be filler but its worse that the last filler. It's a long sucession of cliches and hackneyed narrative devices to rapidly go over through something that is actually irrelevant. After the big OMG moment 5 episodes ago these last ones feel totally sluggish and unnecesary.

Been watching Hunter x Hunter Collection 1, which I picked up at Otakon. It may be that I don't remember the manga very well at all, but those first few episodes seem like entirely new content. It's not bad, though. I'll be picking up the second collection sooner or later.

Ahem. Anyway, I got Lucky Star Vol 6, Ouran high School Host Club Parts 1&2, Azumanga Daioh and Best Student Council from the Public Library to keep me occupied. I also got a $10 FYE gift card from my uber-uber-UBER cool manager Michelle and a $5 gift card for Barnes and Noble, so this list may soon grow!

Haha it was a good "wow" Khaki. XD I thought it was very sweet and touching.

Anyway, I got through episode 6 of Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch Pure and episode 106 of Sailor Moon. Dang.... I can't believe I'm already over halfway through Sailor Moon. I've only been watching it for like.... a year? Not even?

Oh, and if you're watching Ouran High School Host Club, you're in for a treat. One of my absolute favorites of all time. I don't think I've ever enjoyed shojo more other than when I watched Fruits Basket. D:

Pandora Hearts. Watching the 15th episode and so far, I have absolutely loved it. It jumped off at the start, slowed down a little in the middle but still kept me, and now it is srsly picking up at amazing speed. It's been a long time since an anime has actually captured my attention, ever since Wolf's Rain came out a while back. I loooove it.

Just watched Conan vs Lupin. It was awesome, except for the terrible terrible translation I watched... guh... Bad timing, bad english, and it didn't even seem the translator spoke JAPANESE all that well... So, I don't really know WHAT was going on with it.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evcNPfZlrZs Watch this movie なう。 It's legal, free... And it's more than its premise. It's not saying Fast Food is good food. Just watch it.

Getting back into Hikaru no Go. I started it a while ago, but never finished for some reason...dunno why, since I really liked it. A bit daunting, since it's 75 episodes long, but so far I'm definitely enjoying the ride! And it's nice to find an anime with no fanservice, sex, violence or language!

Haha wow now that's quite the combination. XD They're like.... totally opposite.

I think I'll just watch some more Sailor Moon for now, since it's getting *addicting*. After that I'll probably watch something I haven't watched in awhile.... Probably Naruto or Rurouni Kenshin. OH! Or FMA. It's been awhile since I've watched any of those.

I watched The Last Unicorn today.... Is that anime? I've heard some people say it was and it's on MAL, but I've never heard that from an *official* source..... Not that I can remember anyway.

Anyway... I heard the movie was awesome but I actually found it to be pretty boring... Didn't really care for it. Had potential, though. Nice music too.

I am so unrepairably damaged by the Internet that I cannot longer remember the original Zelda moment when seeing that sentece, only the tiny cat.

Anyway, I watched Kiki's Delivery Service, one of the few Ghibli movies I had left to see and loved it. Being an immigrant myself, the heartwarming tale of countrygirl Kiki in the big city as she starts to discover the miracle of strangers' kindness even in an apathetic and shallow world, hit really close to home.
