Please, pray for me. I'm going through a really tough time right now. It's kinda hard to explain what .. but it's tiring. Sometimes I feel like I can't even laugh or smile anymore without thinking about something bad. And it's exhausting. I sometimes feel trapped, like I can't do anything about it. I've been praying, but I need help. I'm a silly person, I don't like to be saddened or depressed. I like to be happy and being like this is not happy. It's depressing and horrible. Please I ask again, brothers and sisters, please, pray for me and my state of mind.

Thank you, you two ^_^. I did talk to my mom yesterday and I felt alot better when she read some Scriptures from the Bible.
I have noticed that I tend to feel better when I talk about it or let it out.

I tend to hold everything on the inside as well.. It's something I should try not to do so much, because the end result is never good

Venting feelings, very essential. Have you tried keeping a journal? Like set a goal to write a page a day or something?
Someone once told me to try writing God letters. It made me feel so much better to be able to pour it all out on the paper and say, "God, this is for you. I can't do this my self, I'm too little, so please take this". It helped it from just circulating in my head all the time.
