Hello, my fellow human beings. My name is Changing Myst and I'm a newbie. To this site, not to anime. I've been a fan of anime for about seven years, so I'm pretty knowledgable to that. That's not to say that I know everything, I am definitely willing to learn more if anybody is willing to give me the knowledge. Please, do it in a kind manner and not a know-it-all manner. I've had plenty of that throughout the internet and this is the only place I've found that is actually not filled with people looking for a fight.

Before I go on a rant (which this post is not for) I will lay out some information about myself. That is, about the anime I like since this IS a anime site.

My favorites are:

Cowboy Bebop (Just finished the series a month ago and it has bumped up to number one in my heart.)

Fullmetal Alchemist (Even if Edward can get on my nerves, I still like it for the plotline. I prefer the manga to the anime, cause Dante was not my cup of tea.)

Fruit Baskets (Shigure is my man and always will be. That's probably why I like the anime
cause Akito is a man in it and will never steal Shigure-san away from me.
)

Black Cat (Good but seems like a Cowboy Bebop rip off after I watched that anime.)

Ouran Highschool Host Club (Wonderful for those days when you are gloomy. Will brighten you up, I swear.)

Any Miyazaki film (Howl's Moving Castle is my favorite.)

I'm trying to get into Tsubasa right now... Thankfully, I have Netflix so I'm in!

There's also plenty of manga I've read, but there is too many for me to put down and I can't remember all of the titles.

Umm... that's all I have to say really. There's probably more, but I'd feel pretty egotistical talking about little 'ole me all the time. So, yeah, hi everybody!
Even if you don't believe in God, He still believes in you.

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38.

If Twilight was like Romeo and Juliet, they would have died a horrible and painful death. And I would have laughed. Hard.

Hello and welcome to CAA. Out of curiosity, were you watching the original FMA or the new FMA?

Welcome to CAA, I like your avatar. XD

Also, those animes are all good, I like them as well. Have you seen any of the FMA:Brotherhood episodes? They are much closer to the manga so I love them a lot! But I like the manga better than the first FMA anime as well (though I still love the anime bunches <3)

Good to have you here, I hope you enjoy it!

Wow, hi! Last time I joined a group, they avoided me like the plague. Here, everyone is so nice. It's refreshing and definitely helps me to know there are decent people still in the world. Tell me if I'm sounding like I'm kissing up or something...

I haven't watched the new FMA, but I would like to. I have all the series of the original tucked away by my TV and manga volumes 1-6 in my little library. I've read up pretty far but I haven't been able to buy all of them yet. Still, I'm really hoping to find some episodes of the new FMA series. Especially if it is closer to the manga. Could anybody... give me a hint where I could track some down?

And for goldenspines: Yay, an Ouran fan! None of my friends like it so I always have somebody making a snarky comment about it whenever I bring it up. I think the twins and Kyoya scare them...

Welcome to CAA, Changing Myst! Yeah, the people here are definitely very friendly ^^

I really like FMA too! Haven't seen the new one, or read the manga yet, but I plan on doing so sometime soon (I've been really busy lately >_>) I've also been thinking about watching Fruits Basket...I'm pretty sure I've watched, like, the first episode...

I read the Black Cat manga, tried the anime...But I've never seen Cowboy Bebop, so I guess I can't compare them...although, that's another one I definitely want to watch, especially with the number of fans there are on this site...

Ah yes, and Ouran. lol, first anime I ever watched, and the one that got me into anime and manga. It definitely can bright up people's days, yes it can. :thumb:

Hope you have a great time here! ^^

Concerning the new FMA anime (which is subbed), Funimation has been uploading a new episode every Thursday to their website since April. You can find the discussion thread on this site about the new anime here: https://www.christiananime.net/showthread.php?t=50821 ^_^

Welcome.

I'd like Hatori more if he didn't, you know, erase people's minds. They didn't teach us how to do that in medical school except with mallets and things.

Oh look, people! I love the people! Hi! :jump: Is the little thing waving or jumping? I can't tell.

How many people are in this place? 'Cause I have this feeling that there are others hiding between the gigabyte and shadows of the Internet's unknown.

And Gelka, I just had that revelation myself concerning a certain anime character. ...I don't know how to use the spoiler bracket thingies just yet so I have to be vague. >.> They might be watching....

Thank you, Lady Rushia. I'll make sure to use them whenever I decide to spoil something.

And about Black Cat? It was actually one of the earliest animes of my beginning love for japanese animation. Sailor Moon was my first... heh, back when it was airing on Cartoon Network. Anyway, Black Cat was good. A little slow at the beginning but picked up after a few episodes. Like I said a few posts back, it reminded me of Cowboy Bebop. Four main characters, a secret organization, and a similar baddie. (I'm guessing that's common knowledge and not a spoiler?).

Still good even if it seemed a bit of a rip off in some places. Spike's cooler. Sorry, Train. Rinslett's cooler then Faye, though.

Welcome to the site, Miss Myst. You have a good taste in anime. One shoujo manga I might suggest for you is Chibi Vampire.
