I'm going to explode!!!!!

OK, this may be kinda long, but my small little world appears to b crumbling, and I need to vent and be prayed for.
:mutter: Item #1: OK....My mom told my dad that he didn't need to play child support any more. (They divorced when I was little.) But aftera few months, we found that we can't do it. I just started high school, and my lil' bro is about to start middle school, and things are getting expensive. We barely have enough money to pay bills and buy groceries. So my mom asked if my dad could start giving us a boost again. Well, my dad, a methodist minister, refuses to pay, or even to acknowledge he isn't paying. He has the money, he recently got a new laptop and car amoung other things. Plus, he's got my step-mom's income too. So my mom is having to pay a lawyer to sue my dad for child support.
:mutter: Item #2: There's this guy in my youth group, and my friends are spreading rumors about him, because they say that he's telling lies abut him. I know him, and what they say isn't true, and I know them too. Tey're being vicious to each other, and they've dragged me into the middle of it. I've tried talking to them about it, but they just get madder and blw me off.
:mutter: Item #3: I REALLY like this guy, and he's always staring at me. I don't get to see him that often. Alot of people have urged me to ask him out, but i'm to scared of being turned own and brutlly embarrassed AGAIN.
:mutter: Item #4: I failed my geometry class. I didn't have any zeros, and i retook all of the tests and quizzes I could. I went to tutorials, yet my teacher was 'too busy' to elp me at all. My mom is furious, and I don't know how my dad reacted yet. I'VE NEVER FAILED A CLASS BEFORE!!! AND, since I failed, I can't go to chir contest or sing in ant of the upcoming concerts. CHOIR IS MY WORLD, well, except for the important stuff like God and family.

Please pray for me! I need it. I wish i could see the end of the tunnel, but it seemsendless. Thank you.

Yes, I know I've been gone a while. Forgive me, and if it makes you feel better, blame it on college and chickens.

I'm praying for you
#1 I've had to deal with that, (still do with college expenses) but you can't control what other people do, but you can control yourself, so be supportive of your mother and be honest with your father, in private ask him why he won't help, if he is a minister he ought to know better, "whatsoever you do unto the least of these my people so you do unto me" you might want to point out that by neglecting his children he's neglecting his duty to Christ
#2 once again you can't control other people, (which is extremely frustrating when you see them hurting themselves, but hey think about how God feels when we sin....still he loves us unconditionally) be honest and open and remind them how they should behave as Christians, loving their enemies (I know the guy isn't their enemy, but right now, they obviously don't see it that way)
#3 ask him............no seriously.....just ask him.....you won't know if you never ask and if you do, the embarrasment of being turned down just gets easier to handle every time.....trust me, I'm an expert at being turned down....if they say no to you....then it really wouldn't have been that great going out with them....
#4despite what your parents and teachers want you to think, making good grades isn't everything, in fact its really not the best way to learn, making mistakes in difficult things are more memorable than easy accomplishents in easy subjects, just do your best, that's all that can be asked of you, if they ask for more then they're being overly hard on you,
#5 oops ;) there is no #5!!!! it'll be ok, you're in Gods hands and that is a very comforting thought :)
Vash: In the end...he just couldn't kill a man in cold blood. His daughter's murder goes unpunished. Call him weak, but...it saved both of us.

I will pray for you that your dad will start paying child support and that you will be able to afford what you need and some stuff you may want. rumors often only stay for a little while they will most likely stop soon hopefully... and just ask the guy that you like a lot if you like him so much and im sure if he stares at you he likes you to and i can relate to martin on the being turned down part and like he says it gets so much easier as it goes along. ive been turned down so many times but once you ask him thats a big relief off your chest.. as for geometry dont worry so much about grades failing is not as bad as it seems it took me 2 1/2 years just to pass algebra 1 and thats only because the teacher gave me a huge extra credit bonus on something i did just enough to give me a 60. i tried geometry but only for 1 semester and i barely passed once again thanks to the teacher. your mom will understand if you talk to her about the teacher and most likely if you ask your mom nice enough she will let you go to the concerts and play and sing and since you love singing so much do what i try to do but i suck at guitar and play and sing in your room

Item #1 is taken care of!!! YAY!!!!! So has item #4. My dad agreed to pay child support plus half of all hospital/doctor bills. Now my mom isn't tense and stressed. Plus, she got me a tutor, so HOPEFULLY, my math grade will come up. i haven't seen the guy from church yet, but if he comes on Wed., I'll ask him out. Thanks for praying for me!!! And please continue to do so. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
