Oh yeah, I adore Paprika! It's one of my all-time favorites. XD Millennium Actress is great, too. Satoshi Kon's work in general is usually really fantastic (though I've never seen Perfect Blue and don't really plan to), and I'm excited to see what he'll release next!

Perfect Blue is Kon's second best offering (Paranoia Agent being the first). It is extremely unfortunate that there is so much questionable content in it. Yes, it was an important part of the story but it is explicit at certain points. I know I may get a riot about this but....I think the questionable scenes could have played differently without being so blatent and gotten the point across.

anyhow...watched:

So what took Negima!?'s place? Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha. I'd decided to check it out after hearing people talk about it and listening to Masaaki Endoh's version of ETERNAL BLAZE, the OP for Nanoha A's. The first season starts off fairly uninterestingly, but turns into something a bit different. But, I really like Nanoha A's. It's like watching mecha, except all the mecha are replaced with little girls.

Not quite sure if this counts as an anime...o.o But I just finished watching X-men: Evolution! I used to watch it when it came out..but soon forgot about it until around a month ago when I suddenly became determined to go rent all the X-men movies when I was sick. Well, I watched all the movies....but that just didn't satisfy my X-men craving. And BAM! I suddenly remembered X-men Evolution and immediately started to find the episodes online. X3 It's such a good series...and I must admit, the new X-men cartoon, Wolverine and the X-men, has caught my attention too. It's quite good so far! I recommend it for you X-men fans....and even to those of you who aren't X-men fans since it's just good in general~

Oh! And I'm just now starting to watch Hokuto no Ken: Raoh Gaiden Ten no Haoh Episode 1

Higurashi is...wow, I don't know.

Higurashi is a fascinating series, but you do need a cast-iron stomach to handle it. Some of the most graphic scenes include one character ripping their fingernails off and another character found stabbed to death with a knife holding them pinned to a ceiling.

Near the latter half of the series I could only watch one episode every two weeks. It definitely gets far more graphic then Elfin Lied.

Currently watching: Nadia: Secret of Blue Water Eps 1-4

While I was watching DBZ season 6 last night, my suit mate walked in (who's not familiar with anime whatsoever, but knows what it is mainly because of me and our friends) looked over my shoulder and said, "Woah! Anime on steroids." I thought I was gonna die laughing! I thought, "Well, that's one way to put it!" XD

I'm on episode 15 I think. I like the anime so far(I guess I do like it if i watched 15 episodes XD) Some of the rock music in this anime is pretty cool.

also watching Yakitate!! Japan the BEST anime about baking bread you will ever see.

I honestly don't usually go for the 'bizarre reaction' anime, but this one has it down pitch perfect. Think shonen fighting show...with more baking.
