"Who is this Jericho you speak of?" The boy in the trench coat asked the girl at the door. "Are you plotting something.. Villainous with him?" He took out a pad of paper and got ready to write.

Kisho arched a brow as he read the sheet of paper, "Oh, you are an anichi?" his eyes widened a little, "I didn't realize... It was no biggie, but I'll keep in mind that you owe me." he smirked a little in a joking way and out of the corner of his eye he saw Affinity slip back into the library. 'Odd...'

OOC: BTW I won't be introducing my two new characters Chaucer and Spring until Ushio moves the orphanage kids somewhere else XD I am hatching a plan lol

Looking down at the girl Storm said,"My name is Storm. It's nice to meet you whats your name?"asked Storm before the front door of the orphanage was opened and someone asked,"Who is this Jericho you speak of?"

Azrael blinked cluelessly. He placed the chicken back on the counter as he spied Siobhan walking into the kitchen with a crestfallen look on her face.

He figured that she probably didn't want to get messed with right now, but that wasn't going to stop him. Siobhan sat down beside Azrael and covered her face with her pale hands.

"Hey, ah...are you okay? You look like your best friend just died."
"Theoretically, he just did."

Siobhan didn't look up at the scorpion Anichi, keeping her head on the cold, granite counter.
Azrael hesitantly placed a comforting hand on her back, rubbing it softly.
He didn't like it when a girl was depressed, it just made him all the more sad.

"Do you mind telling me what happened? I mean, you don't have to, but I'm just offering..."
Siobhan shook her head, sighing as deep as one possibly could.
"I've been really.....witchy-with-a-'B' as of late, and it's cost me one of my dearest friends. I acted towards him like I shouldn't have, and I've also screwed up a relationship with someone that could have been a friend also."

Azrael just sweatdropped. He didn't mean for her to unload it ALL on him, but what the hey? If it makes her feel better....
"Oh, dude, that's not good....anything I can do to he--"

Siobhan stood up, and brushed her hair out of her face.
"I can hear both of them coming downstairs now. I should probably leave now, so I won't cause anything else. Thanks for listening....?"
"Ah, my name's Azrael."
"Nice to meet you. I'm Siobhan, but you can call me Sio. See you later, I guess."

With that, she walked out of the room.

Maxine walked to the counter and snatched up the container of chicken. She sat down across from Azrael and started devouring it, hardly paying heed to the boy. Within no time she was done, every shred of meat peeled off the bone. She wiped her mouth on her arm, then took the remains of the chicken, and dumped it in the trash, along with the container because she didn't know what to do with it.

Jago smirked back, then began writing again. *So what is this place?* He showed the boy the paper, a curious look on his face.

"Kinda hungry, are we?"

He smirked as he watched her, leaning against his hand that rested on the table.
"You really have no manners, do you. It's kinda cute in a way..."[/font]

Maxine turned to face him, an over sweet smile coming on her face. "Oh, really?" As she said the words, she scrunched her nose up as she smiled. "You're kind of cute too.. At a distance..." She said as she took a couple steps back, then made a face. "If you squint.." She started squinting, then shook her head a little. "Eh, naah.." She said, then a look came on her face, her eyes narrowed with a small smirk as if saying 'Don't mess with me'.

[font="palatino Linotype"]Azrael held up his hands defensively, as if to ward off anything that she might do.
"Hey, I'm sorry. All you have to say is to not go after ya', and I won't, Scout's honour."

Holding up three fingers to his forehead, Azrael laughed and performed a mock-salute.[/font]

Maxine cocked her head and smirked, "Oh, but it's more fun this way, Iz!" She told him, returning to her seat across from him. "So, who are you anyway? New guy?"

"Hi storm, it's nice to meet you too. My name's Kozopi, Kozopi Kitzune. I used to live here a while back and I need a place to stay for a while, this was the best place I can remember. Plus it will be good to see old friends again. I hope we can talk again soon." she said as she to open the door forcing herself in since no one helped when another voice surpised her.

"Who is this Jericho you speak of? Are you plotting something.. Villainous with him?"

"Oh, he was an old friend when I lived here, and no I'm not. I haven't seen him in years." her eyes looked down depressing like but shot back up before anyone noticed.

"I'm sorry to interrupt your interagation but I've had a long day. If you can find me again in the morning I'll be happy tell you everything about myself. Bye." smiling as she waved bye to the boys. Kozopi went to the kitchen because if anyone was still awake that is where they'd be. "Hello, Sio, Kisho. Anybody home?"

Azrael smiled widely, and slid his hands into his pockets.

"Hey, ah.....do you happen to know where.......crickets might be around here?"[/font]

Kisho glanced at the note again, "oh, this is an orphanage for Anichi, a lot of us are here now, a lot of us have gathered over the years." He shrugged, "it's a place of safety, but... somebody seems to have found us... so we are moving... soon, not sure when." he glanced toward the kitchen hearing Maxine talking to someone he didn't recognize.

Relaxing after meeting Kozopi Storm layed back down and started to gaze at the clouds."Sometimes people here can be so troublesome."thought storm after Kozopi was interrogated.

[Lil_Ninja]

Maxine thought for a moment. "Umm.. Actually, yes. A little ways into the woods there's a swamp swarming with them. Come on, I'll take you there." She told him, but took a moment to walk to the doorway of the kitchen. "Kish, I'll be right back, 'kay?" With that, she grabbed Azrael's hand and led the way outside, dragging him a little, thinking nothing of it.

Jago scribbled more on his notepad, then showed Kisho. *So.. Would it be alright if i stayed here for a while? I don't have anywhere to go at the moment..* He shrugged, waiting for an answer.

The boy wrote that down. He watched as she went inside, then sighed. "This is a very mysterious case.." He said as he went inside. He looked around inside for anything peculiar he needed to investigate.

[Nami]

Kisho glanced at Max, "Ok!" he responded a little annoyed by the other guy she was showing out and then faced Jago again, "Sure, it wouldn't be a problem if you stayed here. I mean that's what it's here for."

[Hana Ryuuzaki]

[font="palatino Linotype"]Azrael was about to thank her when she yanked him out by the hand.

"Geez, be careful with that hand. That's my musical hand!"

He got his footing back and followed Maxine obediently, almost like a whipped dog.
"So...who are YOU, exactly? A girl that looks like ya can't be just a vagrant like me."

He covered his mouth from sheer embarrassment.
"Oh, dude, I'm sorry, I promise I won't do that again."[/font]

Maxine stopped and let go of his hand, turning to face him. She rolled her eyes at him and waved it off, then continued to answer his question. "I'd rather consider myself a rogue, actually." She told him, then looked over her shoulder, they were still a while away from the woods. "I'll race ya." She said, looking back at him with a smirk. Before he got his answer half way out, she shouted "Go!", and started running towards the forest.

Jago smiled and thanked him silently. He scribbled on his notepad again, then showed Kisho, *By the way, my name is Jago*

[font="palatino Linotype"]Azrael huffed out loud, then dashed after Maxine at a pace to match her own.

"You won't win, you know!! You're too SLOW!"
With that, he ran out in front of her, the wind whipping through his hair.[/font]

Maxine narrowed her eyes with an evil smirk on her face. "You want fast?" She then started running at full speed, totally passing up Azrael. "Who's the slow one now?!" She yelled back, laughing. She loved the feeling of the wind beating against her face, it made her feel so free.

[font="palatino Linotype"]"Hahaa, this is a challenge that I won't lose!!"
Azrael ran as fast as he ever had before, and was doing quite well until a tree root suddenly 'popped out' in his way.

CRASH! BANG!
"Ow...."
Apparently he tripped over the root.

Maxine stopped in her tracks. "Are you alright?" She asked as she walked up to Azrael's pathetic clumped up body, and extended her hand. "See what happens when you try to beat a girl? You end up embarrassing yourself."

[font="palatino Linotype"]Azrael took her hand sheepishly.
"Th-thanks...."

He stood up, and leaned against the tree in 'pain', wincing a bit.
"Dude, I think I sprained my foot or something. I dunno, but it huuuuurts!"[/font]

Maxine's eyebrows shot up as she went to aid him. "Here, lean on me. We're going back to the house." She put her arm around him, holding on to one of the belt loops for assistance, and pulled his arm around her shoulders. She started walking back to the house at a slow pace. "I'm still the winner." She said in a joking tone, glancing up at him.

OOC: Me thinks it morning. Right? oh well.

Jericho awoke from his room. It was first time he'd sleep on his own bed in.....never. His back acked from to soft matress but since his arm and wing were still hurt he couldn't get up to his place on the roof like he normally would.

He slowly made his way to the kitchen to feed his appletarian hunger. As he came closer he started to hear someone's voice. Female, around his age, and unfamiliar. "Must be some new person everyone's to lazy to help," he said under his breath. " Wouldn't be bad to help for just once." Jericho grabbed his apple, took a bight and headed to the voice. "If you need a room I'll go get Siobhan for yo......." As soon as there faces met each other they realized who they were.

"YOU!!!" they both said at the same time.

"W-What are you doing back here?" said Jericho

"My own business thank you. And what about you? How'd that happen?" Kozopi said reffering to Jericho's arm and wing.

"My own business thank you." replied jericho.

They both stood there not looking at each other until jericho broke the silence, "I'll go get Sio go get you your room back.", and walked off. "He must still hate me." Kozopi thought to herself as he left. "She must still hate me." thought jericho as he left.

It didn't take long untill jericho ran into Sio. "There you are. We have a new guest, or should I say an old friend returning. Either way she needs a room if you would." and walked off not caring if she helped or not.

OOC: *Deep breath*Exhale* Whew.

OOC: just some things about my characters talison is a black panther anichi but she can't control her animal form very well seeing as she's only nine years old. Allison is a full human and not an anichi and Alsae
(pronounciation=Al-say) is known to sage by most people. and Allison has a dog named Rosie who has one cybernetic leg if you guys have anymore questions about my characters please PM me thanks

IC: Allison was running from some dark shadow in the forest. She heard Rosie right besides her and breathed roughly saying "It's going to be allright girl..." She could hear whatever it was behind her and she didn't want to look back to find out what it was. She tripped on a tree root and she went down, not knowing what happened but hearing dark growling sounds behind her she kept running although her ankle was on fire from the pain she kept running.
She could see daylight but it was still very far to the forest's edge and she knew that she couldn't make it. She stopped and sat down to see a very large white wolf come through the leaves she hoped someone could save her before it was too late

Talison looked around the house, She was in her panther form because she was nervous and didn't have very good control of it yet... She looked around for someone to help her get a snack but she couldn't find anyone.

Alsae sat on the rooftop looking down at these anichi she had never met, She laughed a small laugh and saw how pitiful their defenses were... being raised by a military man, the only man she ever knew as her father she sighed and sat down pulling out of her bag a book called " How to defend yourself from a zombie attack" she started reading and waited for someone to find her

OOC2: lol the zombie book is a real thing although I changed the title a bit as to not mess with copyrights lol

Getting up from were he was laying down Storm started to pat his pants off of any dirt that might be on them. Going to the edge of the ceiling and climbing into one of the windows Storm saw a black panther sitting there. Looking confused Storm said to the black panther,"Hi, I'm storm. Do you need help with something?"

[font="palatino Linotype"]Azrael stuck out his tongue at her, in a mock taunting manner.
"Oh yeah? Well, if it wasn't for that tree, I would have won!"

He smirked inwardly, and chuckled.
'Jackpot.'

"I, uh, okay.....now where is this person...?"

She looked where Jericho had stormed from, and saw a girl standing there.

Maxine mock laughed. "You fell victim to one of the classic blunders! The most famous is never get involved in a land war in Asia, but only slightly less well-known is this: never race against a marten when respect is on the line!" She started laughing. She looked up to see his expression, "Alright, alright." She said, stopping her laughing. She let her gaze fall back to the house. "You know.. This was fun." She told him, smiling, then quickly added, "And that's saying something, for me. I don't have fun much."

"Get out of here, before I release my wrath upon you!" He hissed, sounding much bigger than he was. I really hope this works!

She looked around again and then Rosie decided to be brave and attacked the wolf but the wolf went for rosie's cybernetic leg like she had reasoned with almost a human like quality that it wasn't part of the dog.

Talison looked at Sio and relaxed tranforming back into her slight form she said " my name is Talison but if I had friends they would probably call me tally..." She offered her hand and she realized it was still in panther paw form and she blushed

The raccoon panicked. What do I do, what do I do?! He thought, pacing a little on the limb. Then a comic book came to mind, That's it! Comic 10 in series four: The Case of Dr. Callahan! Braddock defeated his nemesis by dropping a tree branch on him! He started climbing down to the point he was right over the white wolf. He got to a fairly good sized branch that was already giving way, and turned into his human form. He then braced himself against another tree branch, and started pushing against the other branch, finally making it snap off and fall on the wolf. Unlucky for him though, he fell with it.
