Iji

Well, now that I've finished it (once) I might as well share it. Iji is an Action/Adventure side scroller with RPG elements (similar to the leveling up system in Fallout 3 without as many options). It also gives the player options, the big one being whethere you kill the enemies around you or not kill any of them at all (it is possible to beat the game without killing anyone)...so it has quite a bit of replayability. It also has a good number of secrets to uncover.

I love this game. I haven't found myself genuinely enjoying a game this much since I first played through Portal. The story and writting are very good in my opinion and the weapons...oh how I love the weapons. I was also greatly pleased with the ammount of depth in the game. Oh and did I mention that I love the weapons?

If you are interested in playing it, download it here.

I just cleared sector 3. Awesome action rpg style game. I especially love the music.

I finished my passifist run a few days ago...it went fast but the rewards are worth it. At some point I'll go back to this game and try and complete it and locate the mysterious sector Z.

Sector 3 was the bane of my existence for awhile...not because it was hard or anything but the first two times I beat it...my computer died right before I was able to save...fortunately that problem was fixed...

Just beat the game for the first time. Normal difficulty. It took me about four hours. I took the decidedly non-pacifistic route. The game was so good that it actually made me regret taking a nuke-em-all approach.

Favorite, of course, is the music. I downloaded the sound track and have it on my ipod. If "Welcome to the Party, Pal" isn't killing music I don't know what is.

Excellent game, overall. If you like Metroid style side scrollers, don't pass it up.

You really need to go back and beat it with a pacifist route. Also, try and find all of the super charges and posters. If you get every single poster, you're allowed into Sector Z (if you can find it)

Coincidentally...I did the same with the music. My personal favorite songs are "Face to Face" and "Tor."
