Right now, I'm talking to an old friend who has all but disappeared. The person she used to be, I mean. She admitted to me she had sex today for the first time...she's sixteen. We were talking, and I told her to pray about it. She told me then that she had given up praying, and even practiced magic. She also described the feeling of casting a spell, which I believe is pretty much a load of bull, for lack of a better word. I'm doing my best to witness to her and bring her back to Christ's fold, but I'm afraid I'm not having much luck, and I feel completely helpless.

Praise God, she decided to accept Christ back as her Savior. I prayed with her and now things are back on the right track...I woudl still ike to ask prayer, though. IT can't be easy severing yourself from that stuff.

praise God and no it isn't (used to do witchcraft) there is much temptation, especially in highschool. Its easy to fall off the path. She will need strong support from christian friends *such as yourself* and maybe you guys can do a bible study together (even online) that way she can get the Word as often as possible.

A guest speaker at church two months ago shared facts regarding the occult. During Q & A time afterwards, someone asked what is the best approach when witnessing to someone practicing in these things. He answered that the best way is to love them (which goes without saying), keep from judging them, and most importantly, talk about what God has done for YOU.
