Nasty Cold/ Sinus Infection

I've gota nasty cold and sinus infection that has kept me up tonight... I was on a 3 day fast, but I am coming off of it now instead of when I wake up because I am so weak and because I am unable to sleep.

I've used up a whole box of kleenex allready, and one of my nostils is swollen entirly shut, while the other is barely open. My nose has been continually running for hours, and is raw from all of the blowing and wiping... I'm on toilet paper now, since I ran out of kleenex... (luckily, we have plenty of toilet paper)

I also have a nasty headache and I had taken 2 nyquil pills, but it wouldn't put me to sleep...

Please pray for me (and, BTW, even for those of you who I have not commented, I am trying to pray for all of the prayer requests I read)

BTW, forgot to mention I have a fever too... I haven't taken my temp, but I can feel it in my eyes.

I will definitely pray for you! And if you start feeling guilty about that fast, dont... sounds like you've more than made up for it

I hope you feel better... Oh, those 12 hours meds do good just try another type!! (I got something close to what you have, except mine isn't as bad)
but if it is a sinus ifection, it won't get better without anti-bioctics...

Icks, sounds like something that went around my house a few weeks ago. I had it pretty bad and had to go to the doctors a few times and get a prescription for it (horrible side effects mind you). I'll be praying for you. And as many times as I hate my mother always reminding me, make sure you are drinking plenty of liquids, escpeically if you are taking antihistamines and antibiotics.

After I layed down again, I started to have waking dreams... Unfortunately they weren't near as fun as the one I had when I had the mumps... I just dreamed that I was talking about how I liked anime that didn't have names better, and there was a huge discussion about it... Also, when I finally slept for a couple hours, I dreamed of this weird puzzle that worked only if you did everything in the right order... I wish I could remember it...

It's good to get something positive out of everything... When I have bad fevers, I usually have cool halucinations... ^_^

Um... Anyhow, my fever has gone down, but now I have a cough... My nose is actually ok right now, so i'm going to bed... Hopefully the problem will be gone in the morning...

Forgot to mention, my heart has been beating really hard and fast... It shakes my bed... I woke up with a sore chest from a night of that...

Last night was much better, but I still have the infection... My doctor had told me before that infections won't go away by OTC medicine... I dont' like the idea of anti-biotics, but I'll take them if it will make this infection go away...
