Prayer for family of Evan Tanner

Some of you may be into UFC stuff, others may not. But I guess today, former UFC 185lb champ Evan Tanner was found dead in Cali.

I had spoken with Evan multiple times on Myspace. He took some time away from UFC fighting for a while, and really just got out and camped and saw the world. A year or so back, he battled alcoholism and had gotten clean. He cleaned himself up, and made a UFC comeback. He was amazing to talk to, as he would always make time for fans. Heh. Even sent me an autographed card last time I spoke with him. He was a hero to many people in martial art circles. He leaves behind family and friends that miss him dearly. If you guys think of it, keep Evans family in prayer.

The updates now are making it seem like his bike ran out of gas. The sad thing is, Evan joked around on his Spiketv blog, about how fans were worried he "might go out and die in the desert" he even mentioned the risk of how far he was going saying if his gear failed he could die. This whole thing is so tragic.
