I was just in a car accident two hours ago...the fault was all mine...i rear-ended a person because i have terribly depth perception and vision at night and hit a guy while he was turning into his driveway because a car coming towards me in the other lane had their high-beams on. My car is totaled...no one is hurt thankfully. I have to go to court though and pay for my ticket...my car insurance doesn't cover MY damage....so I have to pay for a new car all by myself..not like it matters because my car was probably only worth a hundred dollars. Not even that.
I'm just upset because my parents WOULD NEVER help me pay for a new car....so it's all up to my and my stupid job only pays 7.25 an hour and I'm currently only working two days a week....so you can do the math. I just got the stupid car in my name and got new license plates and everything and the car had a full tank of gas. I'm really really upset about this.
I'm perfectly fine...my neck doesn't even bother me. Thank goodness for airbags and seat belts.
Just pray that somehow I'll be able to afford all this.
I'm very stressed at the moment. That's all.

Well I'm really stressed out right now, because I had to get a loan from my car insurance but the deal with the loan was that I get complete coverage on my next car....which is double the insurance I pay now. I also have to pay for the ticket and court costs and still pay my OLD insurance until the whole accident case is closed. =[
My parents have not really been willing to help me find a new car. I've been searching online and found a couple deals and when I go to my parents they just shrug and say "eh it's probably junk" but neither of them are suggesting to help me by driving out to the dealership to check out the car. and my brother is gone for the weekend and my boyfriend is in florida until next week so noone is here to drive me. I have no friends that live by either.
But I'm really desperate to get a car so that I can start looking for a second job as soon as possible. I have a check here waiting to be deposited but noone is even willing to drive me to the bank so atleast I have some money when the bills need to be paid. I'm so stressed out and upset and I have noone to talk to because everytime I call my boyfriend he can only talk for five minutes and he doesn't seem to wanna talk to me anyways.
I started cutting last night because of all the stress. I wish I could handle this better.
I'm starting to wish the accident was worse and that I died in it. I have a horrible feeling I'm going to be going into dept pretty soon. I only have a month to get about 500 dollars. =[ this is really really stressful for me. I only have 200 in the bank now. =[ that might not seem like a big deal but I only make about 280 a month and that's not taking out cell phone bill, and gas money. and i need 300 by september 15th =[

First of all *hugs* I know things are hard right now. I can empathize with you as I have also been in those situations. I think that Satan really really uses these moments as distractions. He uses them to be sure that we will lose our faith in our God.
I want to encourage you to pray. Even if you are praying angry and shouting at God..pray anyways. Even if you feel nothing....no warm fuzzies, no hope or anything...pray. Pray out of the simple faith that God is there. He does not promise us this life will be easy...in fact, he promises suffering. Yet God is still there. I have a verse on the bottom of my sig. that kinda helps too with the worry.
Secondly, I want you to be encouraged that God will answer your prayers. Money is the root of all evil and yet it is what makes the world turn and bills get paid. I remember I had 11 dollars in my account once, was supporting two ppl, didn't know when I would get paid next and I had bills coming up...not to mention I needed food. Yet God in his mercy, gave me food to eat and the bills ended up getting paid even though some were a bit late.
God will sustain you thru this sis. I promise that. I have lived thru many "trials" of my own in my life and I can tell you that God is with you.

I second what Kelly said. I have lived through many trials myself and God always is faithful. Things may not turn out as we would want them to, but God always takes care of us.
Side note: To clarify, that verse says that the love of money is the root of all evil. Money itself is neither good or bad --it's just there.

thank you so much guys. i found a good car for 4000 and i'm going to pick it up tuesday. i am buying from a man who goes to my church who owns a used car dealership.
i have been feeling your prayers and i have cheered up. now that i'm getting a car i can go look for jobs. i also got to work an extra day this week so that's a tiny bit of extra money.
thankfully i dont have to start paying everything off until Sept 15th so i have some time to earn some cash. i just have to stay focused and really work hard on getting another job.
again thank you all so much for praying for me.
the funny thing is i drove by the house of the guy i hit...and theres only a few scratches on his bumper..and my car got completely totaled. so i was kinda mad that my car just broke apart so easily and i needed another one. but i guess that's just life.haha
