please pray

hey guys, can you pray for me?

my family and I are leaving for FL today around 3. but thats not what i need prayer for (although you could pray for a safe flight).
My dog got sick yesterday, and he's still not better today- so I have to take him to the vet. I'm super worried and I feel really bad about leaving him home and we leave while he's still sick. :[

we have a friend of ours coming to check on him everyday, but it still worries me. :[

please pray that he'll be better.

he was walking around with his back arched and his tail down... and he threw up twice between yesterday and today. he's panting heavily. :[

i'm really scared. please pray for him.

quick update, i just got back from the vet and they said he's okay. he has a fever and he probably ate something that isn't settling right. which is good. they thought he might have had a pancreas problem or something, but he's okay. :]

thanks for your prayers! just continue to pray that he'll get better. they gave me some medicine for him and some bland food for his tummy. ;3;

the blood work cost me $300... there goes my vacation money... XD;;;

Hey snar, I checked on Gizmo half an hour ago. Lianna couldn't make it there until sometime later tonight, so I went to go let him out and stuff. He's doing okay. He was happy to see me, but then he went and laid down on his bed and was just sprawling out. I stayed with him for like 20 minutes and petted him and talked to him. He seems to be doing better from how you described him.
I'll keep praying for him though.

Another update on Gizmo. I was over there again tonight since Lianna was too tired to go back. I walked in the house and he was jumping around like usual. He looked better, he was barking, and I got him to eat. He seems much much better. ^_^

I hate when my pets get sick because it's not like you tell them whats going on, why they have to take their meds, or even really comfort them. They look so pitiful! Makes me sad:waah!:

i know! i wish they could just tell you what is wrong with them. like 'ohh my stomach hurts but its cause i ate something weird.' but you never know with animals. :[

No problem ^_^ Today I took him on a walk and had him watch Home Improvement with me XDD
He was happy.
