My brother tried to adjust the tray table underneat the laptop. It collapsed in on itself and the computer hit the floor, busting the screen. My Dad is going to be absolutely livid when he hears about it. He already raised objections to different people using it, but now he is going to explode. We have warranty, but we don't even know if this type of warranty will fix the screen. My Mom is already angry, and the rest of us are just beginning to endure the stress.

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease pray that we get the warranty so that the laptop can be fixed. It's very expensive. Also pray that my Dad doesn't get terribly angry at everyone.
EDIT: We're even having trouble just finding the warranty papers themselves. Please pray...
