lol well Tsukuyomi, I'm a book-a-holic with an addiction to too many books series to mention but the top three (currently) are: The Dragons in our Midst series by Bryan Davis; The Door Within series by Wayne Thomas Batson; and the Twilight series by Stephanie Mayer. I also enjoy playing RPGs on my PS2 and anything to do with fantasy. XD umm.... Kadaj -obssessed....for reasons..and I basically live on my computer....and I just joined Amzi's Bible Reading Group.... *shrugs* I play piano, like to sing, and music is a VERY important part of my life...and I like vampires.... particularly Zero Kiryuu from the Vampire Knight series.....I don't quite know what else to say so that's just a bit about me...

I'm glad to hear things are looking up, animewarrior. I'm praying that things keep doing so from here.

Yay for Bible reading group!

[quote="Tsukuyomi (post: 1228426)"]Sneptune, that's so true about the blood thing in difference countries ^__^ I guess.. That's why my parents like buying their meat (?) fresh :P I never got into the whole "Blood Pudding" thing though o_o]

I know that y'all mean well when you say it, but it simply isn't true. This is the sort of thing that you find on Kingdom Hearts; in fact, I remember this lie from it and for that reason I know I must be careful about it.

Animewarrior, to find Christ, you don't go looking through your rubbish heap, you head straight for him. If something is stopping you from following God, get rid of it, take a break from it. Look, God is more important than these things that don't really exist. Vampires aren't real. This desire you have for blood is real, I am sure, but it's something you need to work past. The things we spend our life in(eg. Vampire novels) influence and shape our thoughts and actions. That's probably why you feel this way.
For whatever reason, God called blood a sacred thing that we shouldn't mess with. How about you look it up? There's a lot the Bible has to say about it. Some starting points: Acts 15 and Genesis 9.

An Update

Postby animewarrior » Tue Jul 15, 2008 10:31 am

:bang: Instead of creating a new thread... (again) I'll just post here...

Needless to say, today has been a VERY bad day. I'm at work right now (library) and I technically should be shelving books but I'm just feeling...idk.. run down...mentally,physically,spiritually....I'm getting paranoid again...(aka edging away from people) and am feeling VERY sadistic.

I feel like life on this planet is kind of pointless.. and well there isn't much point to my life right now. I just kind of wish I could have been born somewhere else... another dimension.. another time... SOMETHING!!!:bang:....
((and I am aware this sounds very crazy and whacked out.))

I have little kids to take care of for an hour this afternoon for a reading program thing. I'm really worried that I'll snap at the kids or something... and well just pray for their safety and my sanity to hold (WAIT... what sanity?)... and just yeahhh... ummm I'm sorry guys for being such a annoyance.. I swear I'm in here at least once a month...*sigh* so well please pray for me

Thanks in Advance,
Your Struggling Sister in Christ,
animewarrior

It's too bad things aren't going well. I wish I could say more, but you've always been in my prayers. Have you ever considered that you may need medical treatment for your moods?

animewarrior, it's okay... really... we all go through those times when we feel completely off. and some of us even feel violent or have rage inside... say a prayer before you interact with the kids. and stop frequently to take a deep breath and pray again if you feel that anger welling up. sing a praise and worship song in your head, if you cant sing it outloud. Get your mind and your thoughts back under control... you don't have to think about what you are thinking about!!

I'm praying for you... I know you must be so close to the end of your tether... I've been there.

Thanks Prince Asbel...(for all the praying and the like) I have gone to consuelling twice (as in two sessions) and then my conseulor's mom died and then it was the end of school so I haven't seen her since. I didn't feel like I was getting that far with her; however now I realize how unstable I really am. I've never considered going to see the doctor for my moods though. I hate hospitals..A LOT. >.<

I'll try... (boy anger doesn't even describe how I feel but I know what you're getting at)

animewarrior, I want to tell you something really raw here. It's not something I am proud of, but maybe it will show that I understand what you mean... I just found out last week that my boyfriend had been cheating on me, with a woman who told me to my face that she had no feelings for him, there was nothing going on. for the entire next day, I saw only red. I wanted more than anything in the world to just find that girl and beat her so badly that she couldn't be recognized. Maybe even kill her. I was so filled with rage that I couldn't look at anyone without them being scared and moving out of my way. I was a walking, talking ball of hatred.

But then, God spoke to me. And he told me what I was doing was not only wrong, that it would consume me if I didn't let it go. Right then. And not just the situation, but the rage that it had spawned. So I broke down, I cried and I prayed and while it didn't go right away, it died down to where I could choose to control my emotions and actions. And I chose to let it all go. To forgive her and to not let the rage overtake me again. Your story may be different. Maybe you don't even KNOW why you feel the anger you do... but God can still take it out of your heart if you seriously ask him.

I love you, and my heart is with you. <3

Ok, I'm gonna try to put my thoughts together well. Hopefully you'll be able to talk more on MSN soon, and maybe I can do a better job there. But basically, most of us don't choose our qualities, whethere they're physical qualities or mental or emotional qualities. You might like the taste of blood, but it's not like you decided to, it just happened. Personally, I consider it different, but I don't consider it wrong, so maybe you have to work through it, but you can't blame yourself for it. And I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to kill people for various reasons, some of them not being very good reasons at all. Only thing that stopped me most of the time was our legal system lol. You just sound a lot like me, in so many ways. I want to help you. I want to be there for you.
