At least one thing went well...

Ok, on top of everything else, my cell phone crapped out on me -- it suddenly stopped keeping the battery charge (I charged it last night and it was dead this morning).

So I chatted with a support person for AT&T and she told me to call the Warranty Department since my phone is still under warranty.

I called them and (after some considerable time trying to locate the little water damage sticker located under the battery under the sim card) was told they are going to send me a free replacement phone --I just keep my battery and sim card (they said that since the battery is charging when on the charger, the phone is likely the problem) --then I'll send the not-working one back to them.

Sweet! I'm so happy that this worked out! (And I must say I'm very pleased with how nicely I was treated by the customer service guy--he was so very, very patient as I was trying to find the stupid little sticker...)

Praise God!

For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Sorry to double-post, but I got an email today saying my replacement phone has been shipped! So I should be getting it sometime this week. :D
