Stress attack

I just had another stress attack which for me stress attacks have the exact same symptoms as heart attacks with the pain in my chest and my arm going numb so everyone please keep me in your prayers

thank you both! thw worst part is the numbness it's making it really hard to type... and that makes me even mre scared and then it gets even worse anyone got any good calming bible verses anything would be appreciated

A stress attack, huh? Well, I'll pray for you. Oh, and as far as reading Bible verse, the book of Psalms is riddled with things written by people who called out to God for help and received comfort. I'd specifically recommend Psalm 23:4.

Isaiah 43 and Psalm 139 are always really comforting to me --they show God's love for us.

I have a friend who has similar attacks--just try to rest and take it easy --drink some hot tea and chill for a while. And pray. That should help calm you down.I pray you begin to feel better soon! *hugs*

Have you ever been diagonosed with Stress attacks?

I ask because it could be just your mind playing tricks on you... I know sometimes I can freak myself out a little and think that something like that is happening...but if I stop thinking about it (and like maybe reflect on God or something else) that it usually goes away..

Either way those verses are really good.

Yesterday I compiled a list of verses that deal with worry: (XD it was the 5th day of having tornados in the area and I always freak when tornados are around...)

soo..here are some that I've found (besides what's already listed)

Matthew 6:25-34

Isaiah 41:10, 12-14

Jeremiah 29:11-14
