Prayer for rest

Postby Sheenar » Tue Apr 15, 2008 7:42 pm

Hey guys,
I've been doing ok for the most part. I'm in a walking boot until the first week of May. I've been getting tired pretty quickly from walking and have been falling asleep during the day. I've been getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night, but walking is exhausting --I'm not quite 100% yet.
My foot also hurts pretty bad after walking for a bit. But it's all part of healing after surgery.

Please pray for good rest for me and that I'll be able to stay awake in my classes (especially as finals approach).

Thank you.
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Please, please pray for strength for me --I'm so exhausted from walking --I know it's going to take time before I'm 100% again, but it's hard going to classes and work and then not having enough energy left to clean/work on projects. Please pray that I will have enough energy to do what needs to get done and that I will get good, restful sleep at night to recharge for the next day.
I just really need God's strength now.

Thank you.

Hey guys!

PLEASE PRAY for me!! I really need it --there's a lot on my plate right now--a lot of stresses and worries plus the physical/emotional exhaustion I've been having. I really need your support. Someone please let me know you're praying--it would be really encouraging to know someone is there for me. I feel so alone...
