Who would you want to be affiliated with in your favorite anime?

Postby PokettoKunoichi » Mon Jan 28, 2008 9:03 pm

Where/who would you want to in your favorite anime?

In Pokemon, I would be the person who goes solo and eventually meets people that travel with me. Like Ash. x3

In Naruto, I would want to be affiliated with Akatsuki. The people there are interesting and I would like to get to know them. It'd be cool being friends with a criminal, because you know you found their good side and it just proves anyone even has a good side! :3

I, personally, would like to be affiliated with the Espada from BLEACH.

'Cause then I could prove that even the most evilest organization can be good!
(And they have Gin, Ulquiorra, and Szayel :3~)

If I were in Fruits Basket...I would want to be a Sohma. I like the animals.
I would be a rooster, though...>_>[/font]

I'd hang around Tomo and Osaka from Azumanga Daioh and Isaac and Miria from Baccano. Crazy characters make the anime world go round.

Well, instinct says the Hellsing organization, because there's something about the whole "blow up monsters for Jesus" theme that they have going on that interests me. I'd probably find Alucard difficult to deal with, though. XD Either I'd just lose it or I'd become one of those scary people who just isn't fazed by anything.

Maybe an Alchemist Warrior (Buso Renkin) . . .

Soul-less people, that's who.

To answer the thread, while it's not an anime yet, I would like to be affiliated with Kenji and Kanna Endo from 20th Century Boys. Something about this series makes me wish I could be a part of it.

Also, choosing them ensures that I will not miss any of the other awesome characters in this series.

Random thought: Batman vs. Otcho would be epic.

The Noah Family from D.Gray-man. They're a bit...you know, off their rockers, but the in-family relationships are just so freaking cool. :<

Also, Air Gear's Team Kogarasumaru. |D I adore them all.

The Hughes family (prior to Episode 25) from Full Metal Alchemist. They're such a wonderful, loving, happy family; just watching them makes you want to be a part of it. Even if you have to endure a lot of picture-taking and bragging from Mr. Hughes, it would still be fun, I think ^_^ And Elysia is cute, and Gracia is just a lovely woman.

Me? I would love to hang out with Vash from Trigun and get some shooting practice in...and talk with him about his past adventures while eating a foot tall plate of pancakes. YUM!

I would love to talk with Elric and Al from Full Metal Alchemist. I like the idea of alchemy and hope to get a few pointers from them, and possibly discuss Christianity with them.

The Hellsing Organization would be awesome. With me and my sword, I would join Alucard and Seras on destroying monsters. Sure, like what Raiden had already said, I would have some problems with the fact that Alucard is a vampire, but I would focus on the matter at hand and not worry about it.

Surprisingly, it would be neat to have something along the lines of Elfen Lied. I would get involved with Lucy and do battle, hopefully not get killed and become the best of friends with her. Also I would enjoy going to Kouta's place and help out cleaning while having fun with the gang. (trust me, Kouta's probably getting annoyed with that many girls around lately)

Wow...this is a cool topic.

Since she's basically a female version of my son, somehow I think I would end up affiliated with Konata (Lucky Star).

And come to think of it, Haruhi Suzumiya and Kyon remind me of my wife and myself.

I'd probably be the Haruto Sakaki-type character (Witch Hunter Robin). By which I mean mostly unhelpful to the protagonist, highly unlucky despite trying hard, and generally excluded from the inner circle of the plot. :P

In:

Fruits Basket, I'd like to hang out with Tohru.
Naruto: Like to hang out with Hinata & Rock Lee, (I like how their both just themselves).
La Corda d'Oro: I'd enjoy a chance to play an instrument with Shimizu & Fuyuumi.
FMA: Really would enjoy doing some target practice with Riza Hawkeye.

Add more later as I think of them.

Interesting question. I'll limit my response to organizations or teams, because otherwise it's just another favorite character type thread. Obviously different series are immensely dissimilar and there are a lot of ways this question should be taken, so I don't have just one answer.

Considering power: the Godhand of Berserk.
Considering leader: the Espada of Bleach.
Considering benefits: the titular organization of Hunter x Hunter.
Considering coworkers: Section 9 of Ghost in the Shell.

But taking the question seriously in a real life sense... I have no idea. The series I follow are surprisingly lacking in organizations attempting to do good in the world in a constructive manner.

Hellsing of course. Now, the Manga has gone a couple ways on the issue of making vampires. Off the top of my head, I don't know for sure if Alucard could make men vampires or not. (The vampire Myth is different between books, Hellsing, movies, etc) But if Alucard could make me a vampire, I would think that is pretty sweet.

I would just ask her to marry me within the first 5 minutes.

I could honestly be with her for the rest of my life and never have a mundane moment.
