Well the younger sister is adoptive, the attraction is one-sided and the younger sister who feels it is ashamed of herself for it, but since the elder sister has vanished magically, the younger sister is looking for her. This is what I know from the first couple episodes. There is definite, not-so-subtle yuri content, but it's neither the focus nor is it given much physical manifestation.
Having said that, I should note I've only seen the first two episodes, but some web-surfing I did after I had concerns with the opening scene suggested the rest of the series continues in the same way.
I gathered during said surfing that the series is based on an adult game, thus explaining why they felt that they needed such content. The story itself seems to be far less adult.
Note that the scenario might also offend some Christians, due to their recycling the names 'Adam','Eve', and 'Lilith' into a mythology unrelated to our religion.
May the Lord bless you and keep you.
May He cause His face to shine upon you.
May He lift up His countenance and grant you peace.
