TONS of prayer needed.

OK, so I know I really should be praying for other people and stuff, but I'm feeling like I can't help other people unless I can help myself. So I apologize if I sound egocentric here.

First off, college has been incredibly stressful for me. It's nothing like I thought it was, & I'm already starting to feel burned out. I'm not going to bed as early as I should; as a result, since I'm a light sleeper anyway, I'm tired during the day.

Second off, I struggle with a lot of self-image stuff. I won't go into too much detail other than that I'm not nearly as healthy as I should be & that there are certain aspects of my body that I know I need to improve on to be healthier.

Third, I don't think I really know where God wants me to go anymore.

So yeah, I need prayer. If you want to talk to me in private, I'm all ears. :)

My first few months at college were very difficult. For me, it was more loneliness, as it took a while to get new "quality" friends like I had in high school.

Try to exercise during the day so that you are tired and might sleep deeper. Note that as you age, your body metabolizes caffeine differently. For me, it takes about 6 hours after that last coke before my pulse rate goes back to normal (yeah, I did a study on myself). So drinks that wire you after, say, dinner might be a bad idea.

Try not to hang around dim, dark places during the day, this can mess with the biological clock, too.

You might try ear plugs if the sleeping area is too noisy. Get the foam kind you roll up and stick in your ear and they expand. These are easier to sleep with. Of course, make sure you can still hear that alarm clock!

Praying for your speedy adaptation.

Hey Ian, what's up man? I'm an Auroran too! I'm a chemistry student at UCD, so I know that college is tough. What're you studying?

I'll definitely keep you in my prayers.

If you're going to NDK this weekend, we should meet up somewhere.
Our lives are but a vapor, let us not let waste our time and breath on vanities, but let us spend ourselves for the Kingdom, seeking a better resurrection.

College is rough at first, believe me. But hang in there. I'll be praying, buddy.
K. Ayato: What happens if you press the small red button?

*Explosion goes off in the movie*

mechana2015: Does that answer your question?

K. Ayato: Perfectly.
