ChristianKitsune wrote:Thank you, Syreth! ^^ I really love your style too! Your story is very interesting! How long have you guys been working on yours?
Syreth wrote:You're welcome. Thanks for the compliment, but I'm afraid that UC deserves all the credit for the story. UC had the story in the works before we started on the comic, but I think we started working together in the early fall if I remember correctly.

ChristianKitsune wrote:XD I was technically complimenting BOTH of you guys, Syreth ^_^;; sorry for being unclear, I think I had just woken up! :3
Syreth wrote:Quite alright. Sorry for the misunderstanding on my part. ^^
You got the idea for SMC from people you know, right? In that sense, its very similar to Kardia, the other comic I work on. It's kinda cool when you get inspired by the people you know.
ChristianKitsune wrote:UC, how did you come up with Silva Mundus?
uc pseudonym wrote:Since my previous post I've caught up. It's a decent beginning, and the "papa fall down" line was pretty funny.
In reading the original Little Red Riding Hood and the many variations, I was struck by how it seems all the stories don't change the fundamental dynamic (girl vs wolf). So I decided it would be interesting to do just that. From there I created the world from the central idea of a deconstruction of fairy tales.

I had just assumed he'd be mute, but I think its cuter that he talks.
The latest update was great - I'm looking forward to seeing where you go from here.
