Church Hunting

Postby Gala » Tue Aug 21, 2007 5:48 pm

I am about to move into college and I am searching for a church. I have decided not to go with one certian denomination, as to go to the church God would have me go to. Please pray that I know which one God wants me at.
Always find time in your day to rejoice for something the Lord has done for you... even if it is just the miracle of getting up every morning.

Of course. I'll be praying. I know how hard it is to find an accepting church home

Finding a new church to attend is often a difficult process. I will be praying. Let us know how things turn out.

I think one of the best things (well, most obvious to humans anyway) God does is guide us to the right people.

That said, if by some miracle you are relocating to western Kentucky, send me a PM.

Praying.

I'm currently in a situation such as this... more or less, a "find time in the, OHJEEZSCHEDULE to go to church." or rather, find a church that fits my beliefs and schedule.

Between all of my commitments, I can barely make it to weeknight services anymore myself...and churches around here don't seem to do that often ^^;;

Praying for you though. Tell me how it goes ^_^!

Update: I am still looking for a church, but as if right now it is between 2 churches. Thanks for your prayers!

I'm glad things are going well. Let us know when you decide. I'll be interested to hear the factors in your decision.

Just keep asking God to show you where He wants you to go...I can't see myself leaving the church that I've gone to for just about all my life, but I think with His help I could adapt....Will definetly be praying....

And I know that my prayers and those of everyone else here are being heard by someone as real as you and me....Don't doubt that for a moment....
