Yes, Sony Pictures has the licensed for it in North America, got the licensed deal for it in early part of 2006.


There is still no word on when any of the dvd's will come out.

Perhaps they're holding back until AS finishes showing the anime on Saturdays.
It wouldn't surprise me if it came out sometime in the Fall though.Just a guess,but the Fall seems to be as good a guess for when they would do it as any.

I heard that Dark Horse is publishing the manga, does that mean the DVD will come out

No. Dark Horse is a comic company. They can't do DVDs.

Sorry I went off topic there Well I agree that the Blood+ Dvds will not come out until the whole series is over.

Also, remember when Sony was going to release the new Cyborg 009 on DVD and they only released the first two. AUGH!
