It's a totally new band, The lead singer was the drummer and singing in underoath, THEY ARE AWESOME.

No, he IS the drummer and singer of Underoath.

The Almost is kinda emoish in my opinion, but I still love it.

I honestly like Aaron more as a drummer and not a singer.
If you've heard his stuff prior to The Changing of Times, then you would know when his mind was only on the drumset, he was amazing.

I am! all i've heard of them is the stuff off from purevolume, but I love all of it. In my opinion, "Amazing Because It Is" is the best rendition of "Amazing Grace" I've heard

I recently picked up their CD "Southern Weather." It's very neato. Not my favorite but really quite good.

I think that I like the song "Dirty And Left Out" more than "Amazing Because It Is." Dirty is a remake of the other classic hymn, "There's Something About That Name."

He was the lead singer of Sunny Day Real Estate, who were technically one of the first "emo" bands. He became a really committed Christian in the mid-90s. He was in the band Poor Old Lu for a while. He's also the guest voice you hear crooning on "O' Porcupine" ("In darkness a light shines on you...") and in the background "The Dryness and the Rain" by mewithoutYou.

Hey hey, mind your elders (him, not me), Tom. ; ) Considering everything that isn't pre-packaged radio rock these days is considered "emo," or "indie" Jeremy Enigk and Sunny Day Real Estate were ahead of their time. They and bands like At the Drive-In were some of the first, TECHNICALLY. Sunny Day Real Estate was awesome, though.
