So, how large is your collection?

I'm not the most extensive audiophile in the world. But music takes up quite a bit of my daily life. Considering I listen to music to everyday.

So, the main question is, how much music do you currently own?

I currently have 678 songs with 4.44 GB of space taken up. And it's growing steadily.

Although, compared to some people that's very small. So I'll probably be beaten easily. XD

Edit: It turns out I have 684 songs with 4.46 GB of space taken up after a recent update. So that's my current number.

50~ songs on my iTunes (the majority of it Japanese), but I listen to a wide range of music that I don't own, such as music videos I find on YouTube or borrowing friend's CDs.

I still have about a dozen cd's that I want to get! Yes it is an expensive hobby. Although, as of late, I have been using youtube and purevolume to try out new music rather than just buying it.

By the way what codec and bit rate do you use? You must rip at very high quality, my music is set at MP3 160kbps and it takes up 5.38 GB.

Edit: I forgot to mention, all my music is christian, or at least has clean lyrics. If I didn't put those limits on myself, I would probably have twice as many songs and be completely broke. (among other things)

so far... 2 nearly full dvds worth of music that I've organized and burned... about roughly 10 gigs worth of songs I haven't organized yet... I haven't counted the tracks or album numbers, nor do I wish to.

I have like 6,000 songs on my iTunes that I've ripped and about 30 or 40 more CDs that I still haven't ripped. All of the music I own on my computer with the exception of a rarity or two is legally mine, bought in CD form.
