I wonder (assuming they will soon be getting it) if it's just the first series or both. Funny though, shows like AIR and Kannon don't seem to be quite a... ADV title. If anything, a Geneon one.
Also ADV nabbed the domain name of Xenosaga TV.

ADV Has '5cm Per Second'
First up: We're excited to announce the acquisition of VICTORIAN ROMANCE EMMA, as well as its continuation ("Second Act"), which is currently airing on Japanese television.
Right Stuf will release the anime series through its Nozomi Entertainment label as two "season" box sets with Japanese audio and English-language subtitles:
- The initial box set release will contain the 12-episode first season in its entirety; and
- The second box set will include the 12 episodes of the series’ "Second Act," plus "Episode 0: Intermission," a recap/preview that aired prior to the start of the Season 2 telecast.
Additionally, the first 1,000 anime fans to order each box set will be recognized in a "special thanks" section of the DVD credits for that respective set.

Next: We announced that we will be releasing a thinpak for LOST UNIVERSE, a sci-fi comedy/drama/adventure often referred to by anime fans as "Slayers in space."
The series’ first-ever DVD collection will include all 26 episodes of Lost Universe with the English-language dub from the original North American release, Japanese audio and updated English subtitles. The Lost Universe Collection Thinpak is scheduled to street during Fall 2007.

Regarding the possibility of licensing Kanon 2006, a series made by the same team that worked on Air, the panelists all hinted at the strong possibility of this happening. Greenfield asked fans to pay attention to future convention announcements, and mentioned that the voice actors for Air were chosen just in case they needed to make a cameo appearance in Kanon 2006, as is done in the Japanese version.

Neon Genesis Evangelion is on the DND list and certainly isn't hentai. Why do people think any title on the DND list is instantly hentai?

Nothing official, but could it can't get too much more probable than the low and high bandwidth trailers that are available on the ADV Films site. There was a quicktime version as well but that appears to no longer be working.
