While the realtor said it's as good as a done deal, it's not DEFINITELY a done deal, so prayers that nothing goes wrong with this deal would be appreciated. We had a contract around this time last year and it fell through. But that was due to the buyer's not being able to get a loan(information which should have been presented beforehand), but hopefully these people won't finagle around it!
If it falls through again.... it'll stink. REALLY bad.
