there's so much going on in my life... I'll try to explain the best way I can.

we'll first of all a couple months ago we found out my older sister (who still lives at home) got pregnent (I'm still angry about the whole thing.) but have lerned to look over it. until recently When My older brother (who also still lives at home) brought up a subject about it and my mom said something that really hurt him. (she didn't mean to say it but she's been so stressed.)
now My brother wants to leave (and faw away) so I don't know when I would see him again. I hate this whole thing. I'm stuck between sides.
If my brother ever left, I don't know what I would do. (I think why did was my sister so stupid) and if you read my other pray request thats also been comig back to haunt my mind.
Death is sounding more and more welcoming.

What should I do?

I know it's how you feel right now, ICE, but you really don't want to end your own life. It's only 'cause you don't know what to do. The answer seems far-fetched right now, but it's the best one: Trust the Lord. Pray hard. Pray like you've never prayed before.

We'll all be praying. And for the sake of everyone around you, and all of us at CAA, please don't follow through with the thoughts of taking your own life. We all care about you and would hate to lose you. *Hugs*

Please DO get into God's Word ask for the Holy Spirit to lead you in what to pray for. Read Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart lean NOT to your understandings. Acknowledge Him in all your ways and he shall direct your path." Keep in mind that the devil wants to use this to destroy the purpose that God has given you in this world. He is a liar and a loser be sure to remind him of that when those negative thoughts come to mind.
You ICE are a precious daughter of God you are blessed coming out and going in you have the victory, because with God before you who can come against you? These things will pass you will have peace and joy again and God will be with you no matter what so trust Him.

God has a plan for you, your not done yet! Everything you are going through is teaching you a lesson, as well as part of a plan that was set into motion the day God conceived the very thought of you. God may reveal to you what it is tonight, or 70 years from now. In fact, you may have joined this forum on a whim as I did. But look at us now, we, a group of anime fans, are here to lovingly support you through this time of rough waters. I would recommend reading the story of Job. Satan tested the very fiber that Job was made of. He affected everything that Job had. And that wasn't enough. Satan even went after Jobs body, with painful boils. Even his best friends cursed God's name for letting Job go through such agony. Job did not however, when God finally delivered Job, he delivered him with "double his riches." God saw Job's faith and rewarded him greatly. If you were to take your life, Satan would win, and everyone's lives you have touched would be filled with emptiness and unhappiness. Think of us as extended family, we are here for you. I hope I didn't ramble too much. I would like to share with you a similar story that helped a friend out that was going through the same emotional fight with the prospect of death, that I met on line. I was in Oklahoma and he was in New Zealand. God put us in touch, through what could be seen as random occurrences. This story helped him fight through the darkness, I pray that it helps you, too.

THE SILVERSMITH

Some time ago, a few ladies met to study the scriptures. While reading the third chapter of Malachi, they came upon a remarkable expression in the third verse:

"And He shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver" (Malachi 3:3).

One lady decided to visit a silversmith, and report to the others on what he said about the subject.

She went accordingly, and without telling him the reason for her visit, begged the silversmith to tell her about the process of refining silver. After he had fully described it to her, she asked, "Sir, do you sit while the work of refining is going on?"


"Oh, yes ma'am," replied the silversmith; "I must sit and watch the furnace constantly, for, if the time necessary for refining is exceeded in the slightest degree, the silver will be injured."

The lady at once saw the beauty and comfort of the expression, "He shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver."

God sees it necessary to put His children into the furnace; but His eye is steadily intent on the work of purifying, and His wisdom and love are both engaged in the best manner for us. Our trials do not come at random, and He will not let us be tested beyond what we can endure.

Before she left, the lady asked one final question, "How do you know when the process is complete?"

"That's quite simple," replied the silversmith. "When I can see my own image in the silver, the refining process is finished."

I know how it hurts when you feel betrayed by your siblings, but this will pass. You still love them and that is the important thing - that you all still love eachother. Lean on one another and be a family. God will give you strength to do this.

He's not gone, ICE. He's still right there with you. Right now all you can see are your problems. I'll be praying the Lord works in you to see it's not the end, that He's right there with you, and that no problem is too hard for Him.

ICE, I've been through tough times myself. I know it seems like God is ignoring you right now, but just hang in there. Everyone goes through these low points in their faith when it seems like there is no hope and you just want to scream. The good news is that God is always there watching over you, and your situation WILL improve. Maybe not as soon as you would like it to, but God will heal your family in His time. I can't say much that hasn't already been said, but keep praying, read the Bible (Psalms is a good place for inspiration), and stay strong. Be open to your siblings and family if they want to talk, and don't feel bad if they don't.
