Quickverse Issues...

Alright, so I picked up the mac version of Quickverse for my macbook so I'd have a good Bible reference in class, only, the thing doesn't work. When I load it up, the program has a complete coniption and freezes up. I tried reinstalling and that didn't help either, and the website has been of no help whatsoever. There is no troublshooting reference available, and they've not gotten back to my tech help questions. Anyone know of how to help the issue?

Is this software from a smaller company?

I guess so. The company is apparently a pretty well renowned for its bible programs. Companies name is just Quickverse.
