Why the rushed ending and seemingly incomplete ending? It has actually bothered me for days and I've scoured fansites and wikipedia for answers and for some type of closure. You broke my heart, Last Exile. T_T

Fish and Chips wrote:Hmm, and I was thinking of watching that next, sometime soon.
rocklobster wrote:Actually, Fish and Chips, the ending isn't all that anti-climatic. I thought it did a good job of resolving things. I'd tell you more, but I don't like to spoil things when I like a show this much.

KhakiBlueSocks wrote:S-Cry-Ed was a MAJOR LEAGUE Dissapointment! I mean, the V/A's were brilliant, the animation was GREAT...but the plot and the dialogue made me nauseous!
MasterDias wrote:Anyway, the major one that really comes to mind that I've seen a lot of is Martian Successor Nadeisco. The transitions between humour and drama felt strange and awkward at best.
Radical Dreamer wrote:Oh yeah, I forgot about that one! It's not like I had really high expectations from that anime, but I thought that it would be much cooler than it actually was.

MasterDias wrote:7 pages worth of disappointing anime... Good grief. Do you guys like talking about stuff you dislike that much?

Exactly! S-Cry-Ed was just a bunch of yelling, screaming, and the plot was very confusing. The main character, Kazuma, was just so annoying and didn't evolve as a character. Even up to the last episode...he was exactly the same! Complete letdown!
At any rate, I would post a, "now guys list the most amazing anime!" but those cycle through like every month anyways.

The story started out good and then the writers must have got bored. The only cast members that I cared about was Ryoko and Sakuya.
