Just yesterday in the dark my dad was riding on his gator and he crashed into a chain. The chain slammed into his mouth, pushing back his lower teeth that they're now gone back crooked.
Thank God it only hit his lower jaw, he didn'T break anything, but he blead afterwards from his jaw for a couple of hours. His mouth is swollen, all he can eat is ice cream.
Anyways, my father wonders why that yesterday happened. He is not saved and my mom isn't either. But my father is now thinking things like 2 inches higher and the chain would have hit him in the eyes and he could have been blind, if lower, it could have hit his throat and killed him.
He is wondering why he was blessed enough to have it hit him in the mouth and not somewhere more drastic. He is wondering about it, and what it means.
Now, I pray that he'll see this as a warning from God to show how easily a life could end, pleas, PLEASE PLEASE! I beg you, pray that he'll get saved so he won't spend eternity in hell. I don'T want that and this thing with the chain woke me up. That he'll get to know Jesus and walk with him, though he has been hurt by people who called themselves Christians, please pray that he'll get saved! ( and my mom too )
