For all of CAA's licensed drivers, what are your favorite songs/bands/etc. to listen to while driving? Here's a short list of mine:

Make a Face Like You Mean It -- House of Heroes
Glass to the Arson -- Anberlin
Change the World -- Anberlin
Dog Problems -- The Format
Oceans -- The Format
Shimmy-Shimmy Quarter Turn -- Hellogoodbye
Here (In Your Arms) -- Hellogoodbye
Bleed American -- Jimmy Eat World
Annnnd a number of J-Pop/Rock songs. (Yes, I listen to J-Pop while driving, shut up. XD)

So what are some of your favorites? :D

I agree with the above. All of the above, for the most part.

Also, a few additions that I enjoy...

El Scorcho - Weezer
Tired of ____ - Weezer
Suicide Baby - House of Heroes
Love Rhymes With Hideous Car Wreck - The Blood Brothers
After You're Gone - Blindside
A Monument Encased in Ash - The Showdown
Torches Together - mewithoutYou
Resonance - Asian Kung-Fu Generation
I'm a shoe-in for hater of the year.

Oh, also, The Format is too awesome. I should have listened to you sooner. I'm buying Dog Problems as soon as possible.

Not even Autobahn - Anberlin?

However, Love Is The Movement - Switchfoot is probably a bad one, because on the line "We don't have to slow back down", yesterday a slow car did pull out in front of me, so I did have to slow back down.

I would say the large amount of car-crash songs would work for you guys (I'm getting my license next month).

Cries of the Past by UnderOath is the best car-crash song.
Life After Death by Kj52 gives me that warm and fuzzy feeling when in a car.

Heh. I like heavy stuff when I am driving.

American Headcharge, Rammstein, Static X. Good driving tunes.

Whatever you pick, don't pick songs from the bluegrass genre! I have heard that it's the music most likely to cause road rage.

Speakeasy - Stavesacre (Perfect music for night driving on a road trip)
Coalter Of The Deepers (Great for driving! Super good hard catchiness!)
MxPx (Pretty much all their music is fun to drive to)
August Burns Red.
Emery (Any of their stuff is awesome driving music)
Mewithoutyou (Same as MXPX and Emery)
Hello Mannequin - Joy Electric (A really fun driving album)
Discover American (Fun!)
As I Lay Dying (Man talk about great driving music!)

I routinely listen to these albums on long drives:

Shimmer - Luna Halo
The Love of Life - Watashi Wa
The Blueprint Dives - Extol
Hooray for Now - Viva Voce
The Moon is Down - Further Seems Forever
Relocation - Plankeye

I also tend to listen to random anime or J-rock tracks, and sometimes MxPx or Five Iron Frenzy.
