Elite Beat Agents

This game is great. I've so far reached the final level ("Jumping Jack Flash") on Breezin' (easy) mode.

It's just overall clever and unique, and really fun (though as NP says, you may sometimes forget to breathe XD; ).

Anyone else picked it up yet (if not, do so!)?

I haven't gotten it yet, though I plan on aquiring a copy soon. I've been hoping for a stateside release since they first talked about it and I'm ecstatic to finally get a chance to get my groove on.

Do yourself a favor and go buy Ouendan. It's just soooooo much better

And yes I did purchase Elite Beat Agents =D I'm just waiting for it to ship ToT lol Since I'm already good at that game, I hope I can speed up to the hard levels fast.

If you haven't played EBA, how do you know the former is better? o.O

I haven't played the original, but it seems like there were quit a few new things added in this version (I think...), including new songs (though they're apparently hidden, as I've beaten the final songs but seem to missing about four others).

Cause every stinking person who owns both all say the same =p

And because..... I know these things... just... you gotta trust me man! *sob sob*

Never-the-less, american songs, meh so what. It's still gonna be a blast.

Okay. I have a question. Are there songs on EBA that are harder than the ones on Ouendan?

I spent the last hour trying to beat the very very last song on the hardest difficulty.
And it is a pain in the butt. I keep dying on the second spin

Anyway heres a tip: CONCENTRATE on getting 300s instead of 100s. Later as songs get harder, you will fail if you keep getting 100s, as they won't really replenish your life-bar. Only 300s will. This applies with Ouendan, so I'd think it also applies with EBA.

Dunno, as I haven't played the hardest difficult yet (I'm still on Cruisin', the Normal difficulty).

One thing that is a bit interesting, though, is that the final stage actually consists of two songs ("Without a Fight" followed by "Jumping Jack Flash"), both of which have been fairly difficult (even on the lower settings).

Fun game. I considered it sorta challenging on Cruisin', but that's because I've always sucked at beat games.

It doesn't help if you don't have a stylus either.
