Is this thread asking what our favorite game-based movie is, or what games we would like to see become movies?

If it's the former, then I'd have to say Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Not really because the movie was all that amazing, but when compared to Super Mario Brothers...yeah. I shouldn't have to elaborate on that. xD

Now, if it's the latter, then I would love to see them make a quality Zelda movie. I really think that if it were done properly, the film could really be awesome.

So yes. My two cents. :thumb:

EDIT: You know, I really shouldn't post things when I'm tired. XD

My favorite movie-based game. That would have to be either the LOTR games (ROTK being far superior to the Two Towers game) or...The Lion King, for the Sega Genesis. XD I know, I'm a loser.

It IS really hard (or was, at least). And the Gameboy version is even harder. XD But I did beat the Sega Gen. version eventually. It was the first game I had ever beaten...Ah, the memories. XD

I love Spider-man 2. Holy crap that game is tons of fun.

If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. That game was pretty fun for SEGA, but the first game I beat was The Little Mermaid for SEGA. It was easy.

Hmm... My favorite is almost certainly "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves" for the NES... That was probably the best license game of all time. It was a freaking action RPG, and a good one (Seiken Densetsu style, though I think this came BEFORE SD1, even)

Not nearly as good as that, but still incredibly fun once you figure out it's very strange navigation scheme would be Rambo, also for the NES.

A lot of Disney games were pretty awesome. Lion King, Aladdin, and I hear that Nightmare before Christmas is supposed to be pretty cool, but I haven't tried it myself...

The Star Wars games are generally really nice... Lucasarts is a big contender in the game industry.
