funny natsume letter

i sent natsume a letter with ideas for future games and a sob story/begging horribly for harvest moon parafinalia letter. they sent me back a letter today saying that they wouldn't use my ideas for legal reasons and that they wish to fufill my videogaming needs, but no parafinalia. i'm pretty sad. i knew that its rare that people actually send stuff back, but man, i wish they had. the part where i begg them was hilarious, someone is probably keeping it for entertainment (like when a guest comes over or something, i hope, because its funny......). oh well, oh, BTW, do any of you know of a company that will send you parafinalia and how to get it(free, of course or at a severly discounted price(or anime and manga junk as well.....))???!!????

They can't use your ideas for games because your ideas were created by you, and are legally yours by copyright law. (Even if you haven't really gone through the legal process.) Of course, they could still use it since it's not actually documented and copyrighted, but all the same, Natsume would much rather completely ignore your ideas and not risk a lawsuit for using your ideas. The only way to get a game you want made is to make it yourself.

If by paraphernalia you mean just having some HM stuff outside of the games themselves, there is some. Like, if you pre-ordered Magic Melody you got a HM sheep plushie, and if you pre-ordered HM: DS you got a HM keychain.

Of course, you would also have to take into account Harvest Moon is made by Natusme JAPAN and NOT AMERICA. So in order to make the actual games, you would likely need to become fluent in Japanese and live in Japan.

And considering they like to work you in 12 hour shifts every day for low pay in Japan, I do not reccomend it. XD
