I'm not sure I can fairly judge a game of the year because I don't play a broad enough spectrum. However, God of War II was a great deal of fun and an excellent title.

Also, I'd be interested in hearing you guys discuss the hardest game thread. Not necessarily the thread itself, but I think you would have interesting things to say about game difficulty and what you feel are the hardest games of all time.

If you're talking about games that were released in 2007, I don't think I've actually played any. But I'd like to see the Gamecast crew make their own game. That would be my "game of the year" for 2008.
