Anyhow, I was browsing through TV Tropes and came across this picture on what I think was the Heartwarming Moments for Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann page.

Oh, haha. Kamina is a character in Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, where the quote ("Believe in me, believe in the me that believes in you, etc.") said in the story comes from. (P.S. He's a guy)
