Rumiko Takahashi has become one of my favorite anime/manga creators. Which title do you think she did best? I like Inuyasha and Ranma 1/2 myself.

Boy, that's hard to pick. It would be a tossup right now between Ranma and Ikkoku, but I still haven't watched One Pound Gospel (I got a used VHS tape of it) yet. I like UY, but not as much as those two, and I couldn't get into Inu-Yasha.

I've actually never really saw the others, so I'm not sure if my vote should count :-?
(Voted Inuyasha, btw)

For me, it has to be Inu Yasha. The lead characters are superb, and while the big drawback is NO ENDING, the cast as a whole lacks the irritating, obnoxious aspect of the human vacuum cleaners on Maison Ikkoku, my other fave.
Was One-Pound Gospel made into an anime? I have some of the manga but not the whole series. I have to wonder how and IF she ended it!

What, you haven't been watching Inuyasha the Final Act on Hulu? It picks up where the original left off and ends it.

Gotta be Ranma for me, although I'm a bit biased. I tried watching Inuyasha until I realized it was pure garbage (though to be fair, I'm basing this on the anime, not the manga), and I love Maison Ikkoku but the problem is the box sets were expensive and I fell out of following it after the third box set (which is where it actually started to get REALLY good).
I also realize that the anime isn't exactly her work, as the Ranma anime takes vastly different turns than the manga does. Still, I enjoy the Ranma anime immensely, and so I'm still going to stick to that as my favorite.

Hmmm...... Takahashi... Either Ranma or UY... Well, I've seen (borrowed and watched form a friend) a bunch of UY, but I *own* a bunch of Ranma. Going on the idea that you vote with your wallet, I'll say Ranma 1/2. XD

Yes, a single OAV. I have it on VHS; Viz never re-released it. I haven't gotten around to watching it yet though.

If you ever do I'd love to know how it turned out.

I've only seen Inuyasha, so I'm biased. It wasn't my favorite anime of all time because of all the filler, but it was pretty good anyway.

I'll do a formal review. Just a matter of getting a round tuit (those are hard things to track down).
