Looks like it's been licensed! You can view the first episode with subtitles at the official site:
http://funimation.com/baccano/The password is "flying pussyfoot", with the spaces included.
EDIT: Can a mod fix the typo in the thread title, please? XD

It's about time, XD. Hopefully the voice acting will be good. I'm mostly concerned about Isaac's and Miria's voices, though. I mean, what is Baccano without "AIZAKUUUUUU!" "MIIIIRIIIAAAA!!" XDD.

Sweet! I'm a little disappointed I didn't get a chance to see the after eps yet, but that's cool.
They have an ep subbed already? I thought the R1 companies were all complaining that speed like that was impossible.

My big question is IF they're dubbing it.

Funimation's always dubbed series. In fact, I believe they have directly stated that they would rather not get a series that wouldn't get a dub.
It's Bandai who has started experimenting with sub releases.

Baccano! is good material to experiment dubbing with, I was worried they wouldn't have an excuse to do so. It
is in America, let the American cast have a shot, not an underground release.

I agree XD. Like RD said the other day, I can't imagine Miria not saying, "AIZAKUUUUUUU!"

Same here Goldie! I am so psyched about this licensing. I can't wait for its release... however, I am curious as to what the dub will be like. Thankfully though, if I don't care for it, the original voices and the sub will be on the DVD as well. XD Definitely excited though.

No, not nearly religiously popular enough.

Im sorry for gravedigging this, but I didn't really want to make another thread.
I must say that I have really enjoyed Baccano! Although Ive only seen the first four episodes, I have enjoyed every minute! I can't wait for the next disk to come out.
I was in an anime dryspell, but now I have been revitalized!
