CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Auran Battler Dunbane and RahXephon.

I noticed both have mecha (only reason I'm into anime) but I know nothing about either of them.

Besides sci-fi what other genre do they contain(s). Also are they clean? By clean I mean little to no cussing and only h*** or d***. I also can't tolerate fanservice such as bare breasts or implied sex or perversion.

RahXephon is ok.... but "relationships" or should i say "relations" are hinted at even some that are "bi." that is the major draw back of RahXephon. It never shows anything and the language is mild, but it is not an all ages show. prolly like PG-13.
to compare it to something i would say it's like the first half of Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Actually, they're not... They explain why they're so familiar around episode 16. It's closer to being brothers. Assuming, of course, you're just referring to Itsuki and Isshiki, and I didn't miss some overtone elsewhere.

I, personally, would highly reccomend Rah Xephon. It's kind of like Evangelion, yes, but without the religious references and with a far better end.
